“The first apple of the year”

FRUIT: medium to medium-small, constant shape, symmetrical, truncated cone slightly elongated; circular with slight ribs in cross section; average core; eye cavity medium-low; calyx normally closed; long peduncle.

PEEL: not very thick, bright red very attractive on more than half of fruit; smooth surface; medium in size and number, and rusty, most evident in the fruits from alpine areas.

FLESH: yellowish-white fine in texture, firm, juicy, sweet, little sour, aromatic with a good taste.

AGING: optimum ripeness is reached to 20 August.

MARKETING: The marketing lasts from September to end of February.IMPORT: New Zealand, Chile, Brazil.
