FRUIT: Popularly known as “William red” is in fact mutation “William.” Introduced in Italy in the postwar years, it has spread in Emilia Romagna. The fruit in the shape and size is reminiscent of William.
PEEL: is a bright and attractive colour carmine red.
FLESH: white, dark, sweet-sour and sweet, muscat aroma characteristic, fine and compact.
AGING: gather in mid-August.
MARKETING: national product is generally marketed from August to the end of January, by the end of February to July Product import.
IMPORT: Argentina.
