FRUIT: Cultivating history of English origin, has spread mainly in Italy in Emilia Romagna. William and Max Red Bartlett are excellent eaten fresh, but are also used for juice, brandy, fruit salads and jams.
SKIN: smooth, pale yellow with some slight reddish tinge on the part of the fruit exposed to the sun.
FLESH: white, dark chocolate, and sugar from the typical and unmistakable aroma.
AGING: gather in mid-August.
MARKETING: national product is generally marketed from August mid-January to late February to July Product import.
