FRUIT medium-large or large, of constant shape, symmetrical, spherical or trunk-conical, circular in cross section; core medium-large; cavity calyx of medium size; calyx generally closed; peduncle rather long and thin.

SKIN: Thick deep green colour, which becomes fully ripe pale or sometimes yellow-green, pink little appreciated facet by connoisseurs; slightly undulating surface, waxy and oily; large, numerous, whitish, haloed very obvious.

FLESH: white, sometimes with a greenish tinge, firm, crisp, very juicy, tart, relatively little sugar and aromas.

AGING: optimum ripeness for storage is reached towards the end of September.

MARKETING: the product is marketed by June.
