FRUIT: The fruit is large, it is a completely rustic pear with a beautiful burned colour, ideal for the kitchen and cultivated from the French origin last century.

PEEL: rusty background of yellow and bronze with numerous patterns evident.

POLPA: yellowish white, firm, slightly grainy, juicy, sweet-tart, aromatic.

AGING: The gathering takes place in the second week of September.

MARKETING: national product is generally marketed from September to March, April to August product import.

IMPORT: Argentina, Chile and South Africa.
